Below are my default refund policies. Note that any refund information in each individual work or project agreement takes precedence over the policies below.
Work paid by the hour or day: If at any time you are unsatisfied with my work, I will refund the money for any task performed if requested within 24 hours of the completion of the task. You may not make use of any work for which you received a refund. I may refuse to provide future services to you if a refund is requested unless I clearly made mistakes that could be avoided in the future.
Projects: Project-based work that meets the specifications outlined in the project agreement is not refundable. However, all of my project-based work comes with a one year glitch warranty that provides free-of-charge fixes to any problem with my work.
